ABOUT ME

I started my teaching experiences at Edwardsville high school as a student teacher in 2008.  Between 2009 and 2017 I worked at three different school districts teaching biology, chemistry, physics, earth and space science, and technology.  I started my career at Edwardsville High School in August 2017 teaching biology and earth and space science.  I have a bachelors of science in biology from SIUE, a graduate certificate in physics education from University of Missouri, and i'm currently working on my masters of science in biology from Washington University in St. Louis.

My wife Jenni and I have lived in Glen Carbon since 2006 and we have four kids (Jacob, Abigail, Joseph, and Theodore), three of whom attend Edwardsville schools.  In my spare time I enjoy hunting, ice hockey (Let's Go Blues!), and I'm active in Cub Scouts with my Sons.

SCIENCE IS AWESOME

This site includes information for each of my classes as well as information about my teaching experience and the EHS science club
